Abiola Gbajabiamila - Founder and CEO
Abiola Gbajabiamila is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MiLBeL Services, leading operations across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. A healthcare professional by training, her medical background gives her a distinctive edge, bringing clinical rigour, structured thinking, and a deep understanding of duty of care to every service MiLBeL delivers.
Her journey into founding MiLBeL was shaped by lived experience. As a mother to an autistic son, Abiola understands firsthand the importance of finding trustworthy, vetted, and truly compassionate care. Navigating the realities of relocating across countries while raising a child with additional needs gave her an intimate understanding of what families need, not just a service, but a reliable partner they can trust completely. That experience is the heartbeat of MiLBeL.
She leads with a results-driven approach rooted in compliance, client lifecycle management, and operational strategy, building scalable systems across multiple markets while ensuring every client receives the consistency and quality they deserve. Williams Enubele - Chief Operating Officer & Director
Williams Enubele serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director at MiLBeL Services, bringing extensive experience across the hospitality and care industries.
